Rows 4 and 8: Knit.
Rows 5 and 7: K1, *p3, k3 *; rep from * to *, ending with p3, k in last st.
Row 6: P1, *k2 sts together, yo. K1, p3*; rep from * to *, ending last rep with p1.

Repeat Rows 1 through 8 for the pattern.
