Cable 3 right: 

Slip the next 2 stitches onto a cable needle and hold at the back of your work, knit the next stitch from the left-hand needle; then knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle. 

Cable 3 left:

Slip the next stitch onto a cable needle and hold at the front of your work, knit the next 2 stitches from the left-hand needle; then knit the stitch from the cable needle. 

sl - Slip stitch purlwise

Row 6: *P3, sl 1; rep from * to last 5 sts, P5
