2022 Blanket Project completed!

Last year, I embarked on a personal knitting project that would challenge my skills and bring warmth and comfort to those in need. Each day, I knitted a square, resulting in 365 squares. With the help of the Wednesday morning Azusa Senior Knitting Group, these squares were transformed into seven beautiful blankets, which we generously donated to a local homeless shelter and a veteran's group. Today, I am proud to announce the completion of our final two masterpieces that will be auctioned off to benefit a rescue organization for homeless cats and dogs.
