Scrolling through old photos, I’m flooded with memories from those knit get-togethers we used to have. I can almost hear the clicking of needles and everyone laughing and chatting as if it were yesterday. KnitWitz in San Dimas—how I miss that little shop!. It was such a cozy place to meet. And our Sunday mornings at the Corner Bakery in Glendora, surrounded by coffee, pastries, and a jumble of yarn, had their own special charm.
The Purl Side in Glendora was another favorite hangout, and each visit felt like coming home. And, of course, I’ll never forget my own shop, All About Yarn in Azusa. Even though it closed back in 2015, the friendships and creativity we shared there remain close to my heart. All those places and moments truly shaped my knitting journey. Looking back at these photos brings a smile to my face.
